Beehive PR announces expansion with three new agency members
Beehive PR continues to grow with the addition of Digital Marketing Specialist Liz Browne and Publicists Dan Seymour and Georgia Niederer.
Browne, Seymour and Niederer join Beehive PR’s Queen Bee Sammie Walsh and Senior Publicists Jade Gould and Sosefina Fuamoli as the entertainment and extreme sports publicity agency anticipates a busy 2022.
Liz Browne joins the team as Beehive PR’s Digital Marketing Specialist, implementing a range of bespoke campaigns for clients – a new addition to the agency’s list of services. Browne, who also runs independent artist management company ArowAgency with Tamara Georgopolous, joined Beehive PR earlier this year.
“I have been lucky enough to call Liz a friend for a number of years now, anyone that knows Liz knows she is a ray of sunshine and everyone in her presence feels her warmth,” Walsh says.
“I approached Liz to see if she would be interested in helping us and our clients reach their digital goals and we are so lucky that she said yes! It’s a fantastic feeling to see people feel less overwhelmed with the sometimes daunting world of social media and also a direct correlation in increased streams, ticket sales or general awareness from a strategic digital approach.”
Fleshing out the Beehive PR team of publicists, the hive has welcomed two new PR weapons in Seymour and Niederer.
Both individuals bring unique backgrounds and experiences to the agency: Seymour, as a musician (Columbus, Waxflower) and venue booker (Greaser Bar, Brisbane) and Niederer, who like Browne and Seymour, harnesses a strong background in marketing.
“We are all about working with good people to get great results, I’m so excited with our new bees who are passionate, hard working, dedicated and most of all music fans,” Walsh says of the expanded Beehive PR team.
“Liz, Dan and Georgia join the incredible Jade Gould and Sosefina Fuamoli, which for me, is the absolute dream team. Bring on 2022! I can’t wait to see what we can achieve for our artist family together.”
The addition of these new team members has broadened the reach of Beehive PR, who now has staff in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane.
Beehive PR currently represents a slew of popular Australian artists including the ARIA-nominated Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, The VANNS, Eliza & The Delusionals and Johnny Hunter, as well as counting international artists such as Duran Duran, Manchester Orchestra, Django Django and Trippie Redd as clients too.
The last 12 months has seen the growth of Beehive PR Sport too; the extreme sports arm of Beehive that is largely aimed at representing athletes in the fields of surf, skate, snowboarding and affiliated brands.
Most recently, Beehive PR Sport has represented international surf champions Vahine Fierro and Barton Lynch, as well as Tokyo 2020 Olympian, Mahina Maeda.
