Baker Boy winding up awesome year with new single & final gigs
Baker Boy winds up an awesome year with a new single and a run of gigs.
The new single, out on October 12, is Sweat Limit, which he says he wrote about working hard to achieve dreams.
He explains, “When you’re tired and feel like staying in bed, you have to push yourself to keep going to manifest [goals and dreams].
“You gotta put in your full life force, go beyond all your limits to become all that you are, you gotta get to the stage you sweat.”
The run of shows includes two under-age gigs as a result of huge demand – an indication of his mainstream breakthrough opening his language to a wider appeal.
The shows by the son of one of NT’s first rapper and breakdancer kicks off before his vast family in the remote Aboriginal community of Yurrwi [formerly known as Milingimbi] and [pronounced YEE_REE_WE].
