Audio Network Group acquires local subordinate
The international music group who provide music for film, television and video has acquired a 49% shareholding in Audio Network Australia Pty Ltd.
The Australian subsidiary’s co-founder Linda Tizard – who set up Audio Network Australia as a joint venture with the Audio Network Group in 2008 – has now fully integrated the company into its UK-based parent, complementing the Group’s vision to develop in multiple territories worldwide.
“Six years ago, the opportunity to establish Audio Network Australia proved irresistible and I’m extremely proud of what we have achieved in that time,” said Tizard in a statement. “Having established a great team, the time has come to hand over the management of the company to Charlie and Jess, who I have no doubt will take it from strength to strength.”
Charles Cutbill, who currently holds the position of Head of Sales, will take on the role of of Sales Director. Jess Ossington (pictured), Head of Creative Services, will take on the role of Operations Director.

The Audio Network collaborates with over 500 renowned composers to supply and license original scoring, audio branding and sound design services to some major international media clients, including BBC, HBO, MTV Networks and National Geographic.
