The two documentaries show how intertwined both were in the global expansion of Australia’s future bass scene.

Flume‘s first EP, released in 2011, was titled Sleepless.

It was followed by a self-titled album in November 2012 and Skin in 2016.

Flume’s collaborators include Kai, Beck, Little Dragon and Vic Mensa, and he has remixed for Lorde, Sam Smith, Arcade Fire and Disclosure.

Future Classic opened an LA office last year and more recently, a studio.

Company co-founder Nathan McLay signed Flume in 2011 as the label’s first management client.

The Australian roster has received 41 ARIA Awards nominations and 20 ARIA Awards wins from Chet Faker/ Nick Murphy, Flight Facilities, visual artist Jonathan Zawada and Flume.
