Earlier this year, TIO interviewed legendary manager John Watson, who helped helm the careers of Silverchair, Midnight Oil, Missy Higgins, Gotye and more.

Speaking with Luke Girgis for the Fear At The Top podcast, John Watson spoke about the unimportance of capturing equity in a management business, why he isn’t looking to scale his business, and detailed some of his biggest mistakes and achievements in his highly successful career.
