Amrap Chart Wrap: Courtney Barnett Tops Community Radio Charts

The Amrap Metro and Amrap Regional Charts provide insight into what’s gaining airplay and attention on community radio. The charts show the top ten tracks ordered for airplay by community broadcasters through the Amrap’s AirIt music distribution service. This week sees Courtney Barnett hold onto the top spots in both the Regional and Metro Charts.

Courtney Barnett has held onto #1 in both charts with the slack-jawed single Three Packs a Day. The Drones take #2 in the Amrap Metro Chart with To Think that I Once Loved You. Le Pie is going down well at Metro and Regional stations alike, coming in at #3 and #4 in both charts respectively with Up all Night. The thumping single has picked up a spot in SYN Melbourne’s Sweet 16 new music list.

James Blundell takes #3 in the Amrap Regional Chart this week with the boot kicking country single Borderline Summertime. The Queensland crooner has racked up airplay at stations across the country including 8PAW in NT, Huon FM in TAS, Gin Gin’s Own in QLD, 5GTR FM and Coast FM in SA, 3WAY FM and Hot FM in VIC, as well as 2MCE, 2RDJ and Edge FM in NSW.

The Jezabels are back! Holding onto #4 in the Amrap Metro Chart, also taking #8 in the Regional Chart with their swinging single Pleasure Drive. Billy Fox comes in at #9 in the Amrap Regional Chart with the homesick single East Coast. Adelaide’s Summer Flake enters the Amrap Metro Chart at #7 with Shoot and Score having picked up spots in RTR FM Perth’s Sound Selection, FBi Radio Sydney’s New Music list and 4ZZZ Brisbane’s Top 20.
