Alli Galloway joins Jaxsta as head of audience & creative
Warner Music Australia’s former senior audience and channel manager, Alli Galloway, has popped up in a new role at Jaxsta Music.
Galloway has become the head of audience and creative at the music creating database and will report to chief marketing officer Beth Appleton, who joined the company in July.
In addition to her time at WMA, Galloway has been an event director and promoter, music journalist and booking agent. She was also the marketing manager at Social Family Records and the head of artist & label marketing at Jaden Social.
In her new role at Jaxsta, Galloway will be charged with spearheading the company’s audience growth strategy and overseeing communications with its members. She will, Jaxsta said, need to make sure the platform is delivering exactly what music creatives and industry professionals value and need.
Co-founder and CEO of Jaxsta, Jacqui Louez Schoorl, noted the importance of the appointment.
“Jaxsta’s membership is growing daily and we have a tunnel vision on ensuring that we meet the needs of our membership. Alli joining Beth’s team as head of audience and creative is another proud moment as we continue to grow our Olympic team,” she said.
Galloway said she is thrilled to be joining the skilled and passionate Jaxsta family.
“To have the opportunity to apply my knowledge and enthusiasm for growing audiences through exceptional creative and content within this team is a dream come true,” she said. “I believe Jaxsta provides the highest standard music database in the world, and that every artist, musician, producer, writer and song contributor should and will be using the incredible platform.”
