Walk the Moon, Troye Sivan head up Chugg Ent’s YouTube FanFest

YouTube, Chugg Entertainment and Branded Ltd. are delighted to announce the return of the YouTube FanFest, an exclusive, live show bringing together some of the biggest YouTube stars from Australia and around the world at Qantas Credit Union Arena on Friday, 11 September 2015.

After experiencing the success of the inaugural Australian YouTube FanFest in Sydney in May, 2014, as well as events in 2015 in India (March), Canada (May), Singapore (May), Thailand (May) and Philippines (June), YouTube FanFest is taking the world by storm with thousands of fans converging on each event for the chance to see these new, young superstars live on stage.

The YouTube FanFest allows fans the unique opportunity to see their YouTube heroes live in person. The show features an exciting mix of music, comedy, fashion, dance, and beauty all together on one stage.

The stellar line-up for the YouTube FanFest Sydney features seven international superstar YouTubers including Jenna Marbles (15.3 million subscribers), Bethany Mota (9.1 million subscribers), IISuperwomanII (Lilly Singh) (6.1 million subscribers) Kurt Hugo Schneider (5.8 million subscribers), Connor Franta (4.7 million subscribers), Timothy DeLaGhetto (2.9 million subscribers) and Mike Tompkins (1.5 million subscribers). Joining the international creators on stage will be five local stars, Troye Sivan, Lauren Curtis, Natalie Tran, Jayesslee and SketchShe, with a combined subscriber base of over 11 million.

Also confirmed to join YouTube FanFest line up in Sydney are special guests, Walk the Moon, who will be performing their smash hit song, Shut Up and Dance

To make YouTube FanFest even more memorable, there will be a pre-show, red carpet event where fans can get up close and personal with the stars as well as promotions run by the YouTubers themselves for exclusive meet ‘n greet access.
