ARN to stream iHeartRadio Music Festival from Las Vegas as The Kid LAROI joins lineup
Aussie music sensation The Kid LAROI has joined the lineup of the iconic iHeartRadio Music Festival for 2021.
He joins the likes of Billie Eilish, Coldplay, Dua Lipa, Maroon 5, Olivia Rodrigo, All Time Low, Yungblud and Addison Rae, who will take the stage in Las Vegas across September 18 and 19.
Traditionally, Aussie music fans have been offered the opportunity to win tickets to the event via the Australian Radio Network’s (ARN) local iHeartRadio Australia, however due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, this year the event will be available to locals via an exclusive livestream on the app.
Despite the disappointment of not being able to get to the event this year, iHeartRadio Australia’s content director, Brett ‘Nozz’ Nossiter, said it’s a big moment for live music.
“Live music is back. The iconic iHeartRadio Music Festival returns, live from Las Vegas. The world has never been hungrier for live music, and once again the iHeartRadio Music Festival delivers an unbelievable lineup of stars, featuring incredible never-before, never-again surprise collaborations. This year’s event will be a true celebration of music, reconnecting the fans to their favourite artists like only iHeartRadio can,” he said.
“But while Aussies can’t be there in person this year, I’m excited iHeartRadio Australia can bring the iHeartRadio Music Festival to Australian fans streamed live and direct from Las Vegas on the free iHeartRadio app. Two nights, on one stage, you won’t want to miss this year’s iHeartRadio Music Festival.”
