Carly Rae Jepsen finally has a new album slated for release, titled E.MO.TION. Set for release on August 21 onScooter Braun’s School Boy Records, E.MO.TOIN is Jepsen’s third studio album and is likely to be her most successful yet.With new single Run Away With Me set for release just around the corner and previous single I Really Like You (which peaked at #37 on the TMN Hot 100 just over a month ago) no doubt still stuck in people's minds, the album is set up to be a hit. The track garnered plenty of attention with over 68 million views on YouTube, no doubt thanks to the star studded cameos on the music video including Justin Bieber and Tom Hanks.The single also takes the words accessible and catchy to new levels, leaving itself open for synchronisation use. Knowing Jepsenand her team of writers – which include J Kash (Ke$ha, Kylie Minogue) and Peter Svensson (The Weeknd, Ariana Grande) –it definitely won't be the last catchy hit on the album.

Iron Maiden are finally back with the follow-up to2010’s The Final Frontier. Sixteenth studio album The Book Of Souls is set for release on September 4through Parlophone Records and was recordedlate last year in Paris. Their previous album proved to be their most successful on the charts yet with #1s in 28 countries; the release also marked their highest peak in the US hitting #4 on the Billboard 200. The Book Of Souls will no doubt follow the same road and even has the potential to reach new heightsin regards to charts for the band. It also marks the bands first double LP, as it finishes up after an indulgent92 minutes and also happens to contain the longest Maiden song ever recorded. The album will no doubt be filled to the brim with anthemic metal hits, primed for gaming andextreme sport synchs on the more aggressive side of viewing.
