ARIA Chart Predictions: Hall of Famer Daryl Braithwaite poised for Top 10 debut
We can expect to see some late surges from Australian artists on this week’s ARIA charts following Tuesday’s annual awards.
New entrant into the ARIA Hall Of Fame – Daryl Braithwaite – will debut on the chart this week with compilation LP Days Go By.
Braithwaite has one reached #1 as a solo artist with 1988’s Edge. His band Sherbet also hit the summit with 1976 album Howzat (under the former Kent Music Report charts system).

While the hall of famer looks comfortable in the Top 10 at the halfway stage of the week, Braithwaite is poised to catapult even higher up the ranks in the days to come.
Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds will also debut in the Top 10 with Who Built The Moon?, while Björk’s Utopia will find a place in Top 20.
Meanwhile, at the top end of the chart, Taylor Swift, P!NK and Ed Sheeran are set to continue their winning ways with only minor reshuffles expected, providing they keep Braithwaite at bay.
The ARIA Singles Chart has debuts from Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line’s ‘Meant To Be’, Korean boy band BTS’ ‘MIC Drop’ ft. Desiigner, and Timmy Trumpet & Savage’s collaborative effort ‘Deja-Vu’.All three singles are expected to debut in the top half of the chart this week.
Notable movers on this week’s chart include Rita Ora’s latest cut ‘Anywhere’ and P!NK’s album title track ‘Beautiful Trauma’.
