Police Report: Michael Jackson collected nude images of children; Estate responds

Overnight, a series of NSFW reports appeared on RadarOnline.com containing never-before-seen police evidence of child pornography and animal torture, obtained from Michael Jackson’s residence at Neverland Ranch.

An 88-page dossier of alarming images and documents, which have not been made public before, can be found here. TMN has viewed some of the images and read the documents and warns readers against their disturbing nature.

The dossier was created seven years ago, after the 2003 raid of Jackson’s Neverland Ranch by the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department. The raid formed part of the Sherrif’s Department’s ongoing child sex abuse investigation against Jackson.

Among materials seized by police as evidence were: 80 video recordings and computer hard drives; a signed image of McCauley Caulkin on-set from a Home Alone film; sexually explicit images of animal sacrifice; images of child nudity and sadomasochism; pornographic magazines including the title Barely Legal; and books including images of semi-clothed children and adolescents.

One of the seized books was titled,The Fourth Sex: Adolescent Extreme. It had no listed author. The investigator noted the book wasn’tillegal under US law but thought it could be used to ‘lower the inhibitions of intended victims’.

Other books investigators found in Jackson’s upstairs library area were The Boy: A Photographic Essay (including pictures taken during the shooting of the film Lord of the Flies, where some actors are nude) and The Gynoids: Genetically Manipulated, a book of paintings by Hajime Sorayama. The investigators report said the book “appeared to have a fetish (bondage, Sadomasichism, piercings, etc.) related theme”.

In 2003 Jackson was charged with seven felony counts of child molestation and two felony counts of providing an intoxicant to a minor under the age of 14 in order to seduce him. A jury acquitted Jackson of all charges in June 2005.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Officereleased a statement today regarding the leaked evidence:

“Some of the documents appear to be copies of reports that were authored by Sheriff’s Office personnel as well as evidentiary photographs taken by Sheriff’ Office personnel interspersed with content that appears to be obtained off the internet or through unknown sources,” read the statement. “The Sheriff’s Office did not release any of the documents and/or photographs to the media. The Sheriff’s Office released all of its reports and the photographs as part of the required discovery process to the prosecution and the defense.

“The documents with a header titled Sheriff’s Department that contain a case number appear to be Sheriff’s Office documents. The photos that are interspersed appear to be some evidentiary photos taken by Sheriff’s investigators and others are clearly obtained from the internet.”

Tito Jackson’s son Taj took to Twitter today to defend his uncle.

The repercussions over the published evidence could drastically damage Jackson’s reputation. Following his death in June 2009, record sales and royalty profits skyrocketed with his estate reportedly earning over US$2 billion. According toForbesmagazine, he earned US$115 million in 2014 alone. This was achieved done through albums and video games, the 2009 documentaryThis Is Itwhich grossed $261 million, and the Cirque du Soleil tribute shows which continue to tour.

The Estate of Michael Jackson released the following statement today:

Seven years ago this coming Saturday, the world lost an amazing artist and humanitarian devoted to helping children in need in all corners of the world. Michael Jackson’s fans, including the Executors of his estate, prefer to remember the wonderful gifts Michael left behind instead of having to once again see his good name dragged through the mud by tabloid trash.

Everything in these reports, including what the County of Santa Barbara calls content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources is false, no doubt timed to the anniversary of Michael’s passing. Those who continue to shamelessly exploit Michael via sleazy internet “click bait” ignore that he was acquitted by a jury in 2005 on every one of the 14 salacious charges brought against him in a failed witch hunt.

Michael remains just as innocent of these smears in death as he was in life even though he isn’t here to defend himself. Enough is enough.
