The details of Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour production are insane
A video posted to NBC 4 Colombus’ Facebook shows the mammoth size of Taylor Swift’s Reputation World Tour production. Her show at the Ohio Stadium on Saturday is said to have been the biggest production ever hosted in the venue.
Swift has been touring through North America and Europe behind her album Reputation since May and is coming to Australia at the end of October for four massive shows. The Show looks incredible, and now we know how much it takes to get the show together.

Boasting 52 semi-trucks of staging, and 30 more of steel, the production recquires 4 (yes FOUR) whole cranes to put everything together and make it the monumental show it is. Columbus Arena Sports and Entertainment (CASE) say it is a bigger production than The Rolling Stones 2015 concert at the same venue, or Cirque Di Soleil’s Michael Jackson event that took place nearby.
From what we’ve seen so far, the Reputation tour looks amazing. Even more incredible than Swift’s last tour here in 2015 if you ask us.
Swift has become known for bringing her insanely talented and famous friends onstage, recently she bought Australia’s own Troye Sivan on stage to perform his single “My My My!”. Whilst there, they took the opportunity to announce the release details of his forthcoming album.
Hopefully she’ll have some more surprises up her sleeve for her shows here. As a fan told NBC 4 Colombus; “It’s different every time,” so we may never know.
The tour comes behind an album that addresses two years of controversy surrounding Taylor Swift. The Reputation era has been marked a new stage in the life of Taylor Swift, yet the mammoth scale of this show proves that she’s still the game-changing performer she always has been.
