Red Hill Entertainment launches new music festival in Shepparton

There is a new music festival set to hit Shepparton in November 2019. The festival is a partnership between Shepparton City Council, Shepparton Show Me and Red Hill Entertainment.

Organisers Red Hill Entertainment are owned and operated by two of the rapidly expanding music and events companies in Australia — THE HILLS ARE ALIVE GROUP (THAA GROUP) and UNIFIED MUSIC GROUP (UMG).

The Mayor of Greater Shepparton has said that the music festival has been a long-awaited event for the Shepparton community. “Council continues its hard work in obtaining events to significantly increase visitors to the region, together with Shepparton Show Me and RED HILL we hope to attract 2,500 to 3,000 attendees for the first event.”

Co-director of Red Hill, Aidan McLaren has delved into the project, stating: “We’re incredibly excited to be partnering with Greater Shepparton City Council and Shepparton Show Me to establish a large-scale all-ages music event here in Greater
Shepparton. Having developed regional events in other parts of the state we believe there is enormous potential for such an event here and are really looking forward to working with the local community and local businesses to make it a huge success.”
