Florida Georgia Line and Adam Harvey announced to perform at CMC Music Awards

Foxtel, the Country Music Channel (CMC), Australia’s only destination for country music, and CMC Rocks QLD are thrilled to announce that international superstars, FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE and Australia’s own ADAM HARVEY will perform LIVE at The 6th Annual CMC Music Awards on March 10, 2016.
Florida Georgia Line, country music duo Brian Kelly and Tyler Hubbard are hailed as the hottest country act in the industry right now and will make their way to Australia for the first time to perform at the CMC Music Awards.
Florida Georgia Line, the current Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Country Music Awards (CMA) Duo of the Year, are the only artists in history to join Brooks & Dunn in achieving four back-to-back, multi-week #1 singles. Joining Florida Georgia Line on the bill is Aussie country music star Adam Harvey, who is set to hit the CMC Awards stage for the first time. Florida Georgia Line and Adam Harvey add even more star power to the awards line-up, joining country music superstar Jason Aldean and rising country star Kelsea Ballerini, also hitting Australian soil for the first time.
Florida Georgia Line will join Jason Aldean’s headline shows as his guests on his first and highly anticipated tour in Australia in March 2016, which promises to be a high-octane country-rock extravaganza.

The CMC Music Awards will take place at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) on Thursday March 10, 2016 and will be broadcast live on Foxtel’s Country Music Channel (CMC) and encored on FOX8.
The CMC Music Awards are the only viewer voted country music awards in the southern hemisphere, giving fans the opportunity to vote for their favourite Australian and International country artists.
The 6th Annual CMC Music Awards kick off a star studded week in country music in Australia with CMC Rocks QLD 2016, country and roots biggest music event, to follow. Now in its ninth year CMC Rocks is the largest international country music festival in the southern hemisphere.
