The podcast from Vienna People Productions aims to highlight stories and discuss personal experiences and adversities faced as a female in the industry.
Host and creator Jess Dos Anjos said:
“Women experience weird, wonderful and not so wonderful situations and we wanted to create a podcast that focuses on the Kick Ass Chicks of the music scene. We have had a total giggle creating our first series and hope it inspires our listeners, especially the Kick Ass Chicks out there!”
Co-host and producer Michael McGlynn added:
“I’ve felt so lucky to sit down and chat with Jess and some really kick ass chicks during season 1. It’s been surprising at times at how similar our shared experiences are and at other times so incredibly different”.
