4) Jason Derulo – Want To Want Me – WMA

The only single from an artist signed to Warner to make it into the Top 10 last year is Jason Derulo with lead single Want To Want Me, taken from his fourth studio album, fittingly titled Everything Is 4.

1) Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars – Uptown Funk – SME

2015’s most heard song on commercial radio should come as a surprise to none – it’s Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk featuring Bruno Mars. The juggernaut of a track and downright earworm started its chart success in late 2014, starting 2015 at #3. After a slow climb to #2 it finally made #1 in the third week of January and spent all up 14weeks in the Top 10.

It’s incredibly gradual decline on the charts meant this particular banger was clocking up ridiculous amounts of points throughout the year which explains why it’s quite some distance ahead of Walk The Moon.

It also achieveda staggeringly large amount of sales in Australia, earning a grand total of 9x Platinum sales, peaking at #1 on both the ARIA Singles chart and ARIA End Of Year Singles chart.

After more than a year in the Hot 100, Uptown Funk didn’t even leave 2015 in that low of a position, resting easy at #56. We’re going to be hearing this track on commercial radio for quite some time yet.
