Australian country artist Wade Forster is the latest signing to UNIFIED Artist Management.

A rising star in the nascent country scene, Forster is currently showing off his talents on ‘The Dying Breed Tour’, his debut US headlining trek.

On that jaunt, Forster has sold out shows in Fort Worth, Houston, Denver, San Antonio, and Tulsa, and had venue upgrades and additional dates added in response to “overwhelming demand,” reps say — a particularly rare achievement for an Australian country artist without label support.

At UAM, Forster is co-managed by Nick Lynagh and Jaddan Comerford. His signing signals the Melbourne-based independent music business’s renewed focus on country, through its partnership with Lynagh, an experienced artist manager who came on board in 2024.

Previously, he served as general manager of Mirror Music Group, where he managed homegrown country star Brad Cox and others.

Meanwhile, Forster’s star continues to rise. The 2024 Toyota Star Maker recently signed with WME North America and completed a US co-headline tour with The Lowdown Drifters.

His global streams have surged past 50 million, and will continue to track north with the release of “Last of a Dying Breed” through Community Music, UNIFIED’s full-service distribution and artist development platform.

“The momentum Wade has built to date is testament to his talent and work ethic. Selling out shows in America is just another sign of how his music is resonating with audiences and growing on a daily basis. UNIFIED is really stoked to be working with him,” comments Comerford, founder and CEO of UNIFIED Music Group.

Lynagh adds, “It’s not often you see a country artist from the Australian outback making noise in America — it usually goes the other way. But Wade’s songwriting, work ethic, and distinct voice have cut through in a way that’s impossible to ignore. He’s built this from the ground up, and we’re grateful to be part of the team helping steer this next chapter.”

At UAM, Forster joins a roster that includes Vance Joy, Ocean Alley, Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers, Emma Donovan, The Stamps, and Azure Ryder.

“I’ve been sitting on this bit of news for a while,” remarks Forster, whose road ahead includes spots on Gympie Muster, Deni Ute Muster and the Savannah in the Round festivals. “Finally feels good to tell you where and who I’m heading down the road with.”
