Vance Joy has scored his second ARIA #1 with ‘Nation Of Two’

Vance Joy has scored his second ARIA #1 with ‘Nation Of Two’

2018 has proven to be quite the whirlwind trip for Australia’s folk-pop superstar Vance Joy. His sophomore effort, Nation Of Two was met with widespread acclaim from critics and fans, celebrating his matured song-writing style and knack for crafting sentimental, heart-string tugging anthems.

Now, the album debuted at #1 on the ARIA Charts, scoring Vance his second time in the top spot. This also marks the first time an Australian has managed to reach the number one position in 2018 thus far.

Due to overwhelming demand, Vance has also added more shows to his upcoming ‘Nation Of Two’ Australian tour, that’ll see him conquer some of the country’s biggest stages.

He’ll now play two nights at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion, with second shows added at Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Monday 17 September and Freo Arts Centre on Monday 24 September.

Watch him perform the incredible ‘Saturday Sun’ on The Late Late Show With James Corden
