Uncharted: Selena Gomez leads the charge to radio, Peking Duk have fire in their bellies

#1. Selena Gomez – ‘Back To You’ (INT/UMA)

Has Selena Gomez just dropped a future chart-topper on the TMN Hot 100? Boasting the top single of the week, we believe this Justin Bieber-inspired number has the potential to go all the way. The catchy anthem is taken from the Season 2 soundtrack for 13 Reasons Why and is a no-brainer to enter commercial playlists this week.

#2. Peking Duk – ‘Fire’ (SME)

The boys from Peking Duk are back with fire in their bellies on new project Reprisal. Always picking the right feature artist for the job, radio single ‘Fire’ delivers with uncredited vocals from Melbourne songwriter Sarah Aarons. Previous singles ‘Let You Down’ ft. Icona Pop (#10), ‘Stranger’ ft. Elliphant (#5) and ‘Take Me Over’ ft. Safia (#4) are the duo’s most successful singles on the Hot 100 to date.

#3. Rita Ora ft. Cardi B, Bebe Rexha & Charli XCX – ‘Girls’ (ATL/WMA)

Above all else, Rita Ora’s latest single is a testament to Warner’s strong lineup of female hitmakers. She’s assembled an all-star cast of features on ‘Girls’ that is sure to get your attention before you hear a single note. Collectively, the “girls” have four singles currently charting on the Hot 100, all of which are situated in the Top 50.

#4. Meghan Trainor – ‘Let You Be Right’ (EPIC/SME)

Following a #1 Most Added title in March, ‘Let You Be Right’ is yet another poppy cut from Meghan Trainor’s upcoming studio album. Radio’s love affair with Trainor goes all the way back to 2014 when ‘All About That Bass’ nabbed the #1 spot on the Hot 100. Since then, Trainor has seen three singles hit the Top 10.
