UMPG Australia inks Sydney indie-folk band to global deal

In making the announcement, Curson expressed her excitement to beworking with the boys, saying;“I love, love LOVE these guys. I’ve been subconsciously humming their tunes since the first play. Such incredible, timeless songs that I’m certain will be sung by festival crowds the world over. I’m tickled pink to have Jack, Nic and Dan join the UMPG family. Bloody marvellous!”
Equally elated, the Northern Beaches boys stated that they are “…over the moon like a helium balloon to be working with Universal Publishing Australia. The entire team has been so enthusiastic from the beginning and we can’t wait to get stuck in with them!”
Timing couldn’t have been any more fitting, with the Sons’ releasingtheir forthcoming single’Lost Cause’. Whilst it’s not due for release until the end of thisweek (Friday 16th September), you can treat yourself to the accompanying video clip below. Both compelling and amusing, the clip is a visual and auditory delight thatdisplays thetalent and showmanship that these boys possess.
