Tom Grennan brings smash hit ‘Little Bit Of Love’ to Australia
Tom Grennan’s international hit ‘Little Bit Of Love’ has landed on Aussie shores.
The song has been lifted from Grennan’s Evering Road, which debuted at #1 on the UK Album Charts.
The confessional pop ballad is already cracking TMN’s Hot 100 chart, climbing from #50 to #43 this week.
The track showcases Grennan’s powerhouse vocals as he grapples with the crash and burn of a relationship.
“This is a comment on toxic masculinity and unconditional love,” the rising star said. “I wrote it amidst the mental struggle of choosing to move on, or go back to a relationship, and realising the power that love has to push and pull on us all. The main message in this song is remembering that there are people out there who will love you unconditionally. When I was writing, I went back to the people that really did love me, who helped me feel like I could be myself again.”
His album, Evering Road, is a follow up to 2018’s Lighting Matches, and was was produced by Dan Grech (Liam Gallagher, Lana Del Rey), Eg White (Adele, Sam Smith), Mark Ralph, Charlie Hugall (Florence + The Machine, Ed Sheeran), Lostboy (Anne Marie) and Jimmy Hogarth (Amy Winehouse). It’s named after his East London address which he shared with his ex girlfriend, making the home – and the album – a “hub of love, heartbreak and redemption”.
The single and album are available via Sony Music Entertainment.
