First entries for TMN 30 Under 30 Awards close on Monday

You have just days left to get your entry in for the TMN 30 Under 30 Awards.

First entries will close as the Easter long weekend wraps up, at 11:59pm AEST on Monday, April 5.

Until that time, entries into the TMN 30 Under 30 Awards will be free.

From Tuesday – for the latecomers who’d rather spend their long weekend doing something more relaxing and less taxing – entries will cost $49 (+GST). Late entries close at 11:59 AEST on April 18.

If you’re unsure what the judges may be looking for as they seek to uncover the 30 brightest up-and-coming stars of tomorrow’s music industry, check out the all-female judging panel here, along with their tips for your entries.

Above all, TMN is searching for fresh voices with a clear vision for the future of the music industry and the challenges it faces in the decade ahead.

To enter, visit the Take 2 Media awards platform and start your submission (you can start it now, and finish it later). It’s free to submit your entry until 11:59pm AEST on April 5.

The national awards program is supported by APRA AMCOS, MTV, Radio Today, Sony Music Australia, TikTok and Universal Music Australia, and offers future industry leaders the chance to showcase their achievements and propel their careers forward.

To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen living and working in Australia, and you must be under the age of 30 as of midnight on May 20, 2021 (i.e you must have been born after May 21 1991, to be eligible).

The awards will again include a Readers’ Choice Award, which will be selected by TMN’s readers from the shortlisted applications.

Previous winners and shortlisted entrants from the Class of 2020 are welcome to enter again.
