This week’s triple j additions: Kendrick Lamar, Kim Churchill, and Sloan Peterson

After weeks of speculation about when it was coming, Kendrick Lamar’s fourth album, DAMN., was released on Friday. With 14 songs full of the socially-conscious and political wordplay we’ve come to love and expect from Lamar, the record is bound to be well-recieved from triple j listeners this week, while its feature in high rotation as this week’s feature album.

Also added to the station this week is Asgeir’s newest single ‘Stardust’, the newest taste of the Icelandic musician’s third record, Afterglow.

Meanwhile, Sloan Peterson, one of the newest signings to the Mirror Music Group roster, sees full rotation with her track ‘105’, and Mad Decent’s Slumberjack will be seeing high praise with their newest track ‘Afraid, Unafraid’. Also in high rotation is Kim Churchill, whose return single ‘Breakneck Speed’ will be reaping much love from the rafts of adoring triple j listeners.
