WIN’s board of directors is renewed annually and consists of representatives from independent music companies and trade associations.

Joining Maria Amato as Australasia’s second rep on the board is Dylan Pellett, general manager of Independent Music NZ (IMNZ), as observer.

With her appointment, Maria Amato is both WIN’s first female chair and its first from the southern hemisphere.
