Untitled Group, the tour promoter for Oliver Tree's Australia and New Zealand tour scheduled for next month, has issued a statement on the US artist's shock passing.

Oliver Tree — otherwise known as Oliver Tree Nickell — was one of six people killed when two helicopters collided mid-air over Rio de Janeiro.

“Oliver Tree and Robin Schulz’s version of ‘Miss You’ is the definitive version of the song," reads a statement from Atlantic Records U.S.

Schulz’s version was identified as a "direct copy of Southstar’s under the same name, same sample and same production," Sony Music claims.
