One Of One 10-Year Anniversary Tour Coming in March 2025

One Of One is celebrating 10 years with a tour of events across Australia in March 2025.

The not-for-profit group, dedicated to supporting women and gender non-conforming individuals in the local music scene, will host a series of breakfast events featuring keynotes, performances, networking, and some surprise guests.

For the first time, the tour will stop in Perth, but the mission remains the same – uplifting and empowering women and GNC people in music.

ARIA and BRIT Award winner Tina Arena will headline as the keynote speaker in Melbourne.

The events, organised by Sarah Hamilton, Joanna Cameron, and Bec Young, have previously featured talks and performances from artists like Jen Cloher, Stella Donnelly, and Becca Hatch.

Taking place during Women’s History Month, the 2025 tour will hit Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.

“We cannot believe it’s been 10 years of One of One! We’ve grown from our humble beginnings with the help and support of our community, and the music industry,” said the group in a statement.

“We still love what we do, and it’s as important now as it ever was. We have a team of incredible women and GNC people across the country who work with us, and we are so proud of being here for a decade and all of the people we’ve spotlighted through our events and interviews (over 400!). So many memories! And so much more to come.”

“We’re excited to return to venues like The Gov in Adelaide, The Factory in Sydney, Botanic Gardens Centre in Darwin and The Triffid in Brisbane who have all been involved in One of One events in the past. For the first time we are heading to Perth and partnering with the incredible Rechabite there and in Melbourne we’ll be hosting our event at the iconic Corner Hotel for the first time!

“Diversity and equity will always be important, and there are many organisations fighting for this in different ways. With the political climate the way that it is, it’s more important now than ever to keep fighting for these things. One of One is a safe space for women and GNC people to connect, celebrate and push things forward. We want to keep having the discussions that mean something, that go deeper than surface level, and that push for meaningful change.”
