UNDR Ctrl is celebrating its biggest year as a company yet with a string of promotions and new recruitments, The Music Network can exclusively reveal.

On the eve of its 12th anniversary, the Sydney-based creative music agency has confirmed the promotion of Mary Jenkins to Head of Agency. After joining as a Junior Agent in 2019, Jenkins has gone on to build a stellar roster that includes 1tbsp, Close Counters, Crÿbaby, Denham Audio (UK), MiNNA (UK), Smokey Bubblin B (UK) Stev Zar, Two Another, and new signing Human Movement.

Meanwhile, as UNDR Ctrl has welcomed new office assistant, Christian Mellick, Chaquira Cusack has been promoted to Agent/Artist Manager and joins founder Paul Stix on the management team for Australian favourites, Bag Raiders.

Kyle Trevanion's role has expanded to Venue Booker/Artist Manager, in which he will also join the Bag Raiders team and oversee the Broken Head Records label, as well as book 14 venues across Sydney.

Stix’s roster features a stack of AU/NZ artists including Bag Raiders, Cassian, Frank Booker, Lucy Smith, Mild Minds, PARIS, POOLCLVB, Set Mo, Soul Wun and new signing LO’99, plus international artists AMOTIK (DE), Braxe + Falcon (FR), Justin Martin (USA), Kurupt FM (UK), Layla Benitez (USA), and Toy Tonics (EU).

While Bag Raiders have just released new single “Break My Heart” with Meg Mac and been announced on The Presets' new Foreverafter event, Cassian has also recently announced his biggest headline tour to date.
