UMPG wins Publisher award at BMI Hip-Hop/R&B Awards

At the star-studded BMI R&B/Hip-Hop Awards held Friday at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles, Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG ) received the prestigious Publisher of the Year Award. 

The award is given to the U.S. music publisher that represents the most-performed R&B/Hip-Hop songs of the previous year.

UMPG and its songwriters also received awards for 18 songs including:
