THE WOMBATS
Your Body Is A Weapon

Much loved Liverpool trio The Wombats debuted the first taste of their forthcoming third album on triple j with Tom & Alex this week, and as you’d expect, they have delivered another infectious indie pop hit.

Without traversing too much new territory, Your Body Is A Weapon does show off a slightly heavier sound for the group, which can probably be put down to the band working with LA producer Eric Valentine, who began his career as a heavy metal drummer and has worked on records by Queens Of The Stone Age, Taking Back Sunday and even Slash.

The boys are heading back to LA to record the rest of the record which should be due out next year.
