Redeye Worldwide inks Aus deal with The Planet Company/MGM

North Carolina-based Redeye has re-upped in Australia with The Planet Company/MGM for a new physical distribution partnership it was announced today.
The new agreement will see both companies focused on bringing a more competitive offer to record stores in Australia for the vast catalogue of independent music being serviced by Redeye. Labels including Yep Roc, Acony, Anticon, Barsuk, Bomp!/Alive, Burger Records, Kill Rock Stars, Planet Mu and Signature Sounds will be among the first to benefit from the refreshed relationship to name just a few.
In 2015 Redeye and Planet/MGM successfully released Dave Rawlings Machine (pictured), Ben Browning, Born Ruffians, Datura4, Deradoorian, Eilen Jewell, Iris DeMent and Sam Sparro among dozens more, and are looking forward to an even busier 2016.
Redeye’s Sydney office is manned by Antonio Foxlee overseeing all digital & physical sales plus promo & marketing in Australia and New Zealand, as well as expanding Redeye’s reach into Asia.
