Open to individuals or small businesses, the large office space at 140 William Street (near Kings X) calls Universal Music and Unified neighbours and is situated in close proximity to Mushroom Group, Sony Music, Dew Process, Kobalt and MTV.

The modern third floor space (overlooking the city and harbour) includes 24-hour access, air con, wireless internet, board room, printing/scanning facilities, separate toilets and shower, shared kitchen.

Costs are $150 + gst per desk per week, including lock-up cupboard, utilities and cleaning. Casual terms apply.
