AusMusic T-Shirt Day 2026 Calls on Music Fans to 'Keep Aussie Music On Rotation'
AusMusic T-Shirt Day 2026 is returning in November, with ambassadors including Baker Boy, Genesis Owusu, Becca Hatch, The Presets, and Vera Blue.

AusMusic T-Shirt Day 2026 is returning on Thursday, November 26th.
With the support of ambassadors like Baker Boy, Genesis Owusu, Becca Hatch, The Presets, Vera Blue, Kobie Dee, Vanessa Amorosi, Pacific Avenue and The Wiggles' Lucia Field, the annual campaign raises funds for Support Act, the national charity for the music industry, which helps artists, managers, road crew and technical staff.
Music workers experience psychological distress at nearly four times the national average, and more than a third live below the poverty line. Support Act is asking music fans, workplaces, radio networks and the wider community to donate, with funds go towards crisis relief grants, free mental health education and training, the Support Act Wellbeing Helpline and First Nations programs.
This year's theme is "Keep Aussie Music On Rotation – Wear. Share. Donate. Repeat." The campaign creative, produced by BRING, is set in a laundromat, with each donation likened to a coin dropped in a jukebox.
The Presets' Julian Hamilton, leading ambassador, said: “Australian music is the soundtrack to our lives, but behind the tunes we love, so many creators and workers face unprecedented financial hardship and mental health challenges.
“AusMusic T-Shirt Day is our national moment to celebrate Aussie music, wear our favourite tees with pride, and make sure Support Act can keep providing a vital safety net for anyone doing it tough.”
Clive Miller, Chief Executive Officer at Support Act, added: “AusMusic T-Shirt Day converts national pride in our music scene into direct, tangible relief. Great music fuels great workplace culture, which is why we’re challenging corporate Australia, businesses, and music fans across the country to register teams, host morning teas, match staff donations, and buy an exclusive tee to help take some of the load off artists, crew and music workers doing it tough.”

As always, a limited edition t-shirt collection will be available ahead of November 26th. The 19 designs were created by Australian visual artists and include an INXS design referencing the band's Northern Beaches origins, an advance print for The Presets' upcoming Foreverafter touring festival, a Baker Boy design by Mina Leunig, centred on culture, heritage and country, and Becca Hatch's first merch release, ahead of her November single "T-Shirt".
Tees have also been designed for Vanessa Amorosi, Ninajirachi, Bon Scott & Doc Neeson, Gang of Youths, Karnivool, Bachelor Girl, 3%, Genesis Owusu, Mental As Anything, and the late Rob Hirst.
The collection also includes the official Hero T-Shirt by Sebi White, a children's shirt by Kylie Strachan at Nomad Create, a shirt supporting the Ausify campaign, and a CrewCare shirt by Shannon Trottman honouring roadies, techs, riggers and production crews.
American Apparel and Love Police have returned as partners and are covering all production and printing costs, so proceeds go directly to Support Act. Founding partners triple j and ARIA continue their support.
