Most Heard Airplay Tracks This Week – TMN HOT 100

Taylor Swift is at #1 for its second week in a row now, this time without the threat of Meghan Trainor’s All About That Bass looming close behind. In fact, the tug of war between Trainor and Swift looks like it could very well be over with Trainor’s single falling to #5, the lowest it has been in nine weeks.

Replacing Trainor at #2 is Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran. The track has had consistent movement up the chart since debuting at #89 five weeks ago and is now has only Taylor Swift standing between it and #1.

Calvin Harris & John Newman’s Blame remains at #3 for its third week in a row with no further movement up the chart in sight, not to say that it hasn’t achieved a mean feat already. At #4 is Nathaniel’s Live Louder, which keeps on defying predictions of falling out of the chart. It seems as though the track has now hit its stride with commercial radio, also marking a new peak for the single. On the topic of new peaks, Alesso’s Heroes moves up to #6 this week, earning a new high point and setting up for a move into the Top 5 come next week’s chart. It may have trouble getting any further than #5 however with the magnitude of competition it’s up against.

#7 sees Klingande’s Jubel fall from last week’s #4, which looks to signal the start of this track’s decline in the Top 10. The Veronicas’ You Ruin Me has gained ground this week, up at #8 from last week’s #9, still falling short of its previous high point of #6, but making ground nonetheless. Sam Smith has managed to scrape into the Top 10, moving up four positions from last week’s #14, reaching a new high point for this track and marking his second single to enter the TMN Top 10, the first being Stay With Me, which peaked at #3.
