Kelsea Ballerini & The Wolfe Brothers to perform at 2018 CMC Music Awards

Foxtel and CMC have announced the first round lineup for the 8th Annual CMC Music Awards.

2017 Grammy winner Kelsea Ballerini and home-grown favourites The Wolfe Brothers will lead the charge, with both set to perform at the ceremony on Thursday March 15 on the Gold Coast.

Ballerini performed at the 6th CMC Awards two years ago, where she in fact met Aussie muso Morgan Evans. The two have since married.

“The CMC awards are super dear to my heart, and I’m so excited to come back and perform for my Aussie friends next year,”she said.

The Wolfe Brothers have had abig couple of years themselves, winning CMC Music Awards themselves in 2014 and 2016 for New Oz Artist of the Year and Duo or Group of the Year respectively.

“We’re absolutely wrapped to be performing at the 2018 CMC Music Awards,” they said.

“It’s really our favourite night of the year, with the international element and the awards being fan voted it means a lot to us to be involved.

“While we’ve performed at the awards before previously with other acts; it’s going to be really great to do our own thing this time in that amazing setting.”

The 8th Annual CMC Music Awards will be hosted by The McClymonts, with tickets available now.
