The role on offer:

Reporting into the Head of Content – LiSTNR Original Podcasts, we are looking for a Podcast Producer who wants to create premium podcasts as a part of our high-performing Melbourne team. If you are passionate about digital audio, creative and want to work within Australia’s most exciting Audio on Demand ecosystem then this opportunity is for you.

Please note: this role is being offered on a 6 month max term contract.

The skills and experience you will need:

Be an avid podcast consumer with an audio creation/production background.
Possess paid experience in podcast production.
Have a talent for constructing narratives and a great understanding of what makes good storytelling.
Be able to able and critique different types of audio.
Be collaborative, consultative, and able to get the best out of creative talent.
Possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent project timelines.
