Marketing Manager • Finely Tuned / Lost Paradise
Finely Tuned is a creative, music, events and touring agency. We curate original and exciting live events, ranging from our flagship festival Lost Paradise to individual artist tours and bespoke branded activations.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days a week from our Bondi office.
About The Role
→ Designing and delivering the overarching marketing strategies and timelines for Finely Tuned and its associated brands/projects
→ Staying up to date with and implementing current marketing trends
→ Developing and documenting style guides for Finely Tuned and its associated brands/projects (voice, tone, fonts, colours, etc.)
→ Creating all front-end content, including social media posts, direct messages, graphics, website copy, online ads and sponsorship/investor decks
→ Managing and filing digital assets on the shared drive
→ Sourcing, briefing and managing content agencies (photographers, public relations, editors, developers, influencers, etc.)
→ Ensuring that external marketing activities (venues, sponsors, etc.) align with our marketing strategies and timelines
→ Growing audiences across our social media platforms and mailing lists
→ Managing allocated marketing budget, which includes requesting and filing all quotes, invoices and receipts
→ Providing real-time reporting on marketing results and adapting strategies as necessary
→ 3+ years of experience in marketing
→ Organised and able to work independently
→ Creative and able to think outside the box
→ Excellent communication skills
→ Eye for design
→ Passionate about our industry
→ Team player
→ Able to work in a high-pressure environment
