Phoenix Central Park is a multi-award-winning performance space which has cemented itself as Sydney’s most beautiful listening room, offering intimate weekly live performances, complemented by a parallel stream of digital programming. We are in search of a new team member to encourage engagement with our programmes including shows, art films and artist residencies.

If you love music, are organised, creative, have a good mind for marketing strategy and a keen eye for implementation, this is the role for you.

Fulltime role


– Assist in the design of digital marketing campaigns
– Research and present free and paid promotional opportunities
– Manage and report on budgets


– Create, curate and schedule content across Youtube, Instagram and Facebook to promote our live events, digital commissions and partnerships
– Manage and maintain the website
– Design branded marketing assets
– Write quality and engaging content for socials, EDMs and website
– Prepare, send and monitor EDMs
– Monitor and respond to social post interactions


– Manage and cultivate close and effective working relationships with key internals and externals
– Coordinate internal strategy to coincide with artist releases
– Grow the online and live audience and report on increased engagement


– Set up ticketing pages for events

Essential qualities

– Exceptionally organised and delivers to deadlines
– Experience in music and performing arts sector
– Excellent writing skills
– Graphic design/image editing skills, ability to create engaging social posts
– Excellent knowledge of Youtube, Instagram, Stories, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and other social media best practices and comfortable with Hubspot and Asana
– Experience with ticketing
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
