Your Challenge 

Your challenge is to create branded entertainment solutions for our clients across Nova Entertainment platforms, which are presented to our clients in memorable, compelling ways.

You will be a creative and strategic thinker, leading strategic responses to briefs, to meet brands’ marketing objectives.  You will deliver creative solutions which are informed by business and audience insight.

Every day, you will balance both the commercial and content priorities of our business, finding the perfect mix, to deliver amazing campaign ideas.

What You’ll Do

  • Effectively interpret briefs to design compelling client solutions
  • Informed by audience insight, identify ideas that best meet client briefs, building them from the ground up, into holistic media solutions, which effectively utilise our suite of assets to engage the target demographic
  • Facilitate and participate in brainstorms to generate unique ideas
  • Dictate the path from brief to pitch, effectively managing time and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are strictly adhered to
  • Collaborate with every area of the business, across all assets, mobilising product specialists to build multi-platform brand campaigns, ensuring campaign viability
  • Assess commercial viability of campaign requirements based on budget and ensure campaign feasibility across costings, lead times and technical requirements
  • Work well with process and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders to deadline
  • Effectively brief relevant experts to deliver creative pitch assets that best sell in the campaign solution, enabling us to present to our clients in dynamic ways
  • Develop strategically sound, compelling pitch documents, for client presentation
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovation and technologies to inform smart and relevant client solutions
  • Present dynamically to clients, in collaboration with sales colleagues
