Hannah Pehi takes up new head of people and culture role at Warner Music Australia
Warner Music has created a new role across Australasia, head of people and culture.
The role has been filled by Hannah Pehi, who will be based in Sydney and brings over 10 years’ experience in HR across industries including FMCG, travel and data & analytics.
Warner Music Australia said Pehi’s love of HR and understanding of what makes people tick has also her to study psychology, which she does on the side.
Dan Rosen, president of Warner Music Australasia, said the role was an incredibly important one.
“Hannah brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to this incredibly important role for Warner Music Australasia,” he said. “Combined with her passion for driving positive culture and change, it will ensure that Hannah will be a key member of our Warner Music family and help to drive our people and culture agenda across our offices in Australia and NZ.”
Pehi said she was looking forward to being part pf the Warner Music story and “working alongside talented, creative, forces of nature that will help to shape the future of music not just in Australia and New Zealand, but across the globe”.
