Greyscale Records Signs DIESECT

Australian metal specialists DIESECT join the Greyscale Records roster, The Music Network can reveal.
Announced today, February 4th, the Brisbane-based band is the first signing of the year for Greyscale, entering a talent stable along with Alpha Wolf, Make Them Suffer, Diamond Construct, Paledusk, Casey, PROMPTS and others.
To celebrate the new deal, DIESECT releases the brutal new single “Too Many Scars,” an entrée for their national tour with Swedish metal act Thrown, kicking off Thursday, February 6th in Perth and produced by Destroy All Lines.
There’s more of the heavy stuff to come.
“We can’t wait to show everyone what we’ve been working on,” reads a statement from the band, “and we’re looking forward to the future more than ever”. Stream “Too Many Scars” below.
Since forming four years ago in the Sunshine State, the four-piece has toured with the likes of U.S. bands Fit For A King, ERRA, Silent Planet, Currents, August Burns Red, Spite, and British heavyweights While She Sleeps, and embarked on headline runs.
Formed in Melbourne back in 2016, the independent Greyscale Records label is “dedicated to distributing only the freshest and heaviest” music, reads a statement.
