FFWD Sydney 2019 _ First-Speakers

Just like the inaugural two-day 2018 event, FastForward Sydney will be curated by Vanessa Picken from Digital Agency, Comes With Fries.

Super Early Bird Delegate Passes are on sale now for $155. But get in fast, Carey limits the tickets to around 150 to allow for deeper networking.

FastForward first began back in late 2015 by Chris Carey (former Global Insight Director at labels EMI and Universal), with its inaugural conference taking place in Amsterdam. 2017 saw the expansion of FastForward into London, and this year saw the conference expand globally, with the inaugural Australian event taking place in April.

Founder and CEO, Chris Carey, said:

“The music industry is constantly changing, constantly innovating. Technology opens up fresh opportunities and new challenges, some to be fought and others to be capitalised upon. I’m excited to be back in Sydney to continue these conversations.

“At FastForward we will be looking at the businesses shaping the future of music and technology, exploring the impact of government policy on the music industry – for better and for worse – and tackling some of the big issues that affect the whole industry, from productivity and wellbeing to sustainability.”

FastForward Sydney takes place on 11-12th April 2019 at the Aerial Function Centre within UTS, Sydney. Tickets are on sale now from Universe.
