Foxtel’s 6th Annual CMC Music Awards sold out

Foxtel and Country Music Channel (CMC), Australia’s only destination for country music today announced The 6th Annual CMC Music Awards this Thursday March 10 at QPAC Brisbane have sold out!
The CMC Music Awards are hosted by Australia’s own CMC ambassador MORGAN EVANS and rising country star KELSEA BALLERINI and will be broadcast LIVE from QPAC Brisbane on Foxtel’s CMC this Thursday March 10 at 8.30pm AEDT and encored on FOX8, Sunday March 13 at 4.30pm.
The CMC Music Awards are the only viewer voted country music awards in the southern hemisphere, giving fans the opportunity to vote for their favourite Australian and International country artists over eight categories: CMC International Artist Of The Year, CMC Male Oz Artist Of The Year, CMC Female Oz Artist Of The Year, CMC New Oz Artist Of The Year, CMC Group or Duo Of The Year, CMC Oz Video Of The Year, CMC International Video Of The Year and the major award, CMC Oz Artist Of The Year.
This is the second year the CMC Awards have been held in Queensland thanks to the partnership with Tourism and Events Queensland with the awards part of the It’s Live! in Queensland events calendar, showcasing Australia’s best live events in spectacular destinations.

The 6th Annual CMC Music Awards will feature a stellar line-up of first class international and local artists performing live at the awards including country music superstar JASON ALDEAN, the world’s hottest country duo FLORIDA GEORGIA LINEand KELSEA BALLERINI who all hit Australian soil for the first time. Rounding up the line-up are local country stars ADAM HARVEY, SHANE NICHOLSON and BECCY COLE.
Presenter line-up for the awards including Australia’s own wildlife conservationist and award winning celebrity BINDI IRWIN, Brisbane Bronco’s Captain COREY PARKER who both join local country music favourites ADAM BRAND, AMBER LAWRENCE, BECCY COLE, CATHERINE BRITT, JASMINE RAE, LEE KERNAGHAN, MORGAN EVANS, THE WOLFE BROTHERS, TRAVIS COLLINS and TROY CASSAR-DALEY as well as visiting US country music artists FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE, DRAKE WHITE and KIP MOORE who will all take to the stage to present the awards.
The 6th Annual CMC Music Awards kick off a star studded week in country music in Australia with CMC Rocks QLD 2016, country and roots biggest music event to follow. Now in its ninth year CMC Rocks is the largest international country music festival in the southern hemisphere.
Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Kelsea Ballerini and Morgan Evans will entertain audiences again, performing at CMC Rocks QLD 2016 which is held over three days and nights, March 11, 12 and 13 at Willowbank near Ipswich and will telecast on CMC in April. Tickets for CMC Rocks QLD 2016 have now also sold out!
