Dean Lewis’ debut EP Same Kind Of Different now has three singles that have been certified Gold in Australia, with ’Need You Now’ the latest track to achieve the feat.

The track joins his breakthrough single and 3x Platinum ’Waves’, and Gold certified ’Lose My Mind’, a stunning achievement for a debut EP.

"My song ’NEED YOU NOW’ JUST WENT GOLD," said Lewis on Facebook.

"I’m done - THANKYOU so much to all of you, my manager and Island Records !!! Incredible!"

Same Kind Of Different, released through Island AU, now has more than 130 million streams worldwide.

Lewis’ fans not only have a huge appetite for his recorded music, but came out in droves to see the Sydney singer-songwrite live. His two 2017 Australian headline tours sold out.

To say that 2017 was a breakthrough year for Lewis would be a huge understatement, as he topped off his achievements for the year with a massive five ARIA nominations for Breakthrough Artist, Best Pop Release, Best Video and Apple Best Song Of The Year for ’Waves’.
