ARIA Chart Predictions: Dami Im is headed for the Albums Chart Top 5

With the release of her latest studio album Friday, Aussie Dami Im has the Albums Chart Top 5 in her sights once again with I Hear A Song.

The Eurovision star went all the way to #1 with her Platinum eponymous record in 2013, followed by two more Top 10 albums Heart Beats (#7) and Classic Carpenters (#3).

George Ezra’s Staying At Tamara’s is also in contention for a Top 5 finish this week. The UK singer’s debut studio album Wanted On Voyage was a hit in Australia, peaking at #4 in 2015 after slow-burning its way up the chart more than 20 weeks after release.

Tasmania country band The Wolfe Brothers have notched up strong numbers at the halfway stage of the week pointing to the possibility of a Top 10 debut with Country Heart. The group scraped into the bracket last time around with This Crazy Life peaking at #10 in 2016.

After experiencing a recent surge in popularity, Sydney’s Ocean Alley will look to reclaim ground this week after Chiaroscuro previously debuted at #15.

Shawn Mendes released two new tracks last week – ‘Lost In Japan’ and ‘In My Blood’ – with both eyeing strong debuts on the Singles Chart. The latter is gaining more traction, however, with a Top 10 debut certainly on the cards. ‘Lost In Japan’ is likely to make the Top 30 this week.
