Australian Adele fans will be able to watch the Adele One Night Only prime-time special on Channel 7 or broadcast video on demand (BVOD) platform 7Plus.

The two-hour special will be filmed in Los Angeles and is set to feature a concert performance of her new material and some of her previous chart-topping hits. It will also include an exclusive interview conducted by Oprah Winfrey which will cover Adele’s new album, the stories behind the songs, life after divorce, weight loss and raising her son.

Adele’s new album, 30, will be out via Columbia Records/ Sony Music Australia on November 19. The debut single off the album ‘Easy On Me’ debuted at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart and held the top spot for its second week since release. It has also broken multiple streaming records around the world.

As part of the hype around the new album, previous singles also re-entered the ARIA charts. ‘Someone Like You’ re-entered at #40 and is this week at #47, while ‘Rolling In The Deep’ came in at #43 and is now sitting at #50. Her most recent album, 25 from 2015, re-entered the ARIA Albums Chart at #8 and is holding on now at #9. Her 2011 record, 21, came back at #11 last week and is now at #18.

Adele One Night Only will be produced by Fulwell 73 Productions and Onward Productions in association with Harpo Productions. It will screen on Channel 7 this month.
