Amrap Chart Wrap: Client Liaison and King Gizz hold onto Top Spots in Community Radio Charts

The Amrap Metro and Amrap Regional Charts provide insight into what’s gaining airplay and attention on community radio. The charts show the Top 10tracks ordered for airplay by community broadcasters through the Amrap’s AirIt music distribution service. This week sees King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and Client Liaison hold onto the top spots.
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard are again at #1 on the Amrap Metro Chart for the third week in a row with People-Vultures, having picked up spots in 4ZZZ Brisbane’s Top 20 and 2SER Sydney’s SERvin’ Up new music lists. Client Liaison have held onto in the Amrap Regional Chart, also taking #9 in the Metro stakes with World of our Love. The track has racked up community radio airplay across the country at stations including King Island Community Radio in TAS, Bay FM in QLD, Valley FM Canberra, Noongar Radio, Bunbury Community Radio and 6DBY in WA, Hills Radio, WOW FM, 5GTR, 5THE FM, Coast FM and Triple Z in SA, 2NVR, 2RRR, Nambucca Valley Radio, WOW FM, Blue Mountains Radio, 2MIA, 2RDJ, 2BACR, Bay FM, 2SEA and 2MCR in NSW, as well as 3MGB, 3BBB, Mountain District Radio, North West FM, 3NRG, Yarra Valley FM, Hot FM, Inner FM and Mitchell Community Radio in VIC.
Melbourne’s Camp Cope have entered the Amrap Metro Chart at #2 with Jet Fuel can’t Melt Steel Beams. The young band have already made friends with community stations in their city. Listen to their chat with Sarah on SYN’s Aus Unplugged, and guest programming The Breakfast Spread on PBS FM.

Major Leagues take #3 in their fourth week in the Amrap Metro Chart with Someone Sometime having picked up a spot on 4ZZZ Brisbane’s Top 20 new music list. Peggy enters the Amrap Regional Chart at #4 with Ready. The track has amassed airplay all over at stations including Fleurieu FM in SA, King Island Community Radio and Hobart FM in TAS, Bay FM, Noosa Community Radio, Coast FM and 4NAG in QLD, as well as Nambucca Valley Radio, 2MCR, Valley FM, Northside Radio and Highland FM in NSW, and Radio Murrindindi, Mountain District Radio, 3WBC, 3RPC, 3MGB, Inner FM and Casey Radio in VIC.
Jesse Redwing takes #5 in the Amrap Regional Chart with Crawlin’ up the Walls. Watch the music video as featured on Amrap Pages on Tyga FM in TAS’ station website.
